Inspired by Songfight.org, Strip Fight was created as a place for comic strip artists to flex their skills.
Each week a different set of criteria will be posted. Artists have until the posted deadline to submit a comic that follows these criteria. This can include, but is not limited to, a phrase, object, setting, concept, or even an entire script. The comics will then be posted online for a one week voting period, where visitors can rate each comics on a scale of 1 to 5.
The winner will receives fame and notoriety until the next contest is over and a new winner declared.
In addition to giving artists an excuse to get off their rumps and draw a comic strip a week, Strip Fight also gives artists a chance to have their work exposed to a new audience. A link to all websites for all entrants will accompany their comic.
